Is there a charge for replacement quotes or new installation quotes?NO, Not for standard quotations for small or large blocks or even a complex.
Can you quote for a repair ?Mostly No, as we need to identify the issue, the part, then replace and test. Then contuniue until all working.
Yes - We often are called asking for a new internal intercom handset as the old is ugly, we can often price this cost ( often with a few photos ) if the cables and the rest of the system is in perfect working order.
It is possible to place a cost limit on the repairs, common for example is aprox $400-$500 that covers more-than-most call-outs.
Due to this, we are not able to quote on most repairs unless simple or exact parts are known.
How do I get a quote for an intercom?Easiest way is to send us an email or otherwise call our office and leave a message. (Do not worry if you do not have all your required details), we will be in contact if more details are needed or questions need to be asked. We can inspect the building and let you know the best options. Wheather being for a budget / Design / or the enviromentOften we can save hundreds or even thousands of dollars when the correct system is supply supplied.No need to have a system overly complex if the system will not be reliable and work well.
Do I have to be home for the quote?In units blocks usually (99.9%) we never have to arrange persons to be at home.We can inspect and usually access all areas required.If the building is unusual with difficuilt issues we then will book access but this is extremly rare. If a house, then yes we will need access. Unless all wiring layout and photos of equipment can be supplied then maybe can price without inspection.
What do you do with the Covid 19 2020 issues?We have gloves, Masks, Covid Cleaning products, hand sanitiser. We too like everyone do not wish to get or spread Covid and will always leave a site cleaner than when we arrive. Cleaning handsets, handles, panels, lifts etc while we go to help when needed or able.
We try our best to attend and not to effect others but with the new Covid 2020 World we have to isolate when or if needed instantly without notice and this effects our works and service instantly with no notice. We appoligise if you are effected and we will try our best to get all works done asap.
